Once my services are requested, I, Tom (Focsa), retain all rights to my work. I can publish them as examples of art and use them as a portfolio, even if they are your characters, the art remains mine. What you can request are the character credits, but not the removal of the piece.
After sending the draft, the half price deposit must be sent, otherwise I will not proceed with the drawing/animation.
Cashback or refunds are not possible after the piece has been sent.
Prices are NOT negotiable unless I change them, please don't insist.
I do not allow commercial use of my artwork unless it has been agreed in advance, you DO NOT HAVE the right to remove my watermark in any way, otherwise, I will enter with the appropriate measures. With appropriate measures, I focus on saying that I can AND WILL sue if the violation is major. My work cannot be used for AI training or put to AI in any way.
note: i will not post the art if it is a vent or stress relief, but you need to inform me that, i can aways remove the post later.i will not make, and don't insist me to draw:
any kind of hate speech (hate agains communities like lgbt, black people, drags etc.) any kind of antisemitism, any kind of nazist or facist propaganda. any kind of proship or ship art involving minors or minors and adults.

i will not draw anything fetishist involving scat, vore or age play.
